Shopify theme concept to warehouse-ready product sell

Context
The client needed a retail-ready storefront and a physical product at the same time. Design alone was not enough; the site had to sell a real SKU coming out of co-manufacturing.
How it was made
Theme concepts and product photography moved in parallel with in-house 3D print production. Once the final concept and finished goods aligned, the Shopify store went live with warehouse-direct shipping.
Outcome
A cohesive brand storefront, an approved product in production, and a direct-to-public sales path handled through ONGO Centre’s warehouse operations.
Process
Step-by-step fabrication and delivery — the service path clients review before they request similar work.
Step 1
1 · Design concept
Mood, layout, and product storytelling were explored as Shopify theme frames — hero, collection, and product detail — tuned for a hardware buyer, not a generic template look.
Step 2
2 · Final concept + 3D print product
While the theme locked, the physical product moved from concept print to production-ready finish in our co-manufacturing space — so the store sold what we could actually ship.
Step 3
3 · In-house production
Short-run production stayed inside ONGO Centre. Quality checks and packaging were standardized before any public listing went live.
Step 4
4 · Warehouse to public sell
Inventory sat in our warehouse. The Shopify storefront connected customers directly to fulfillment — design, manufacture, and sell as one continuum.
